Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8app", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 8app platform accessible at https://8app.asia and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the 8app website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and any associated application through which betting, casino, and gaming services are made available.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8app Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 8app Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts issued by 8app under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process that 8app may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or fulfilling certain account requests.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all operational hours and time-sensitive terms referenced in this document.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency supported on the 8app Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8app Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

8app reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. See Section 14 for the full amendment policy.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the 8app Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8app enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years, which is stricter than the standard 18-year threshold applied in many jurisdictions, in order to promote responsible gambling practices.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where access to the 8app Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or affiliate of 8app, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an existing Account with 8app. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• Your Account registration information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

8app reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal, in response to suspicious activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority.

Players who are found to have registered in breach of these eligibility criteria will have their Account suspended immediately. Any Balance in the Account at the time of suspension may be forfeited if the breach involved material misrepresentation. Genuine registration errors should be reported to [email protected] promptly.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. 8app will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify 8app immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 8app will take all reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account following such notification. However, 8app accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices without taking appropriate precautions.
• Enable two-step verification where available to add an additional layer of protection to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
• Log out of your Account session when using a device that is accessible by other persons.

All bets, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through a logged-in session on your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified 8app of a suspected security breach in accordance with this Section.

Deposits and Withdrawals

8app supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 8app's discretion with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. 8app does not charge a deposit processing fee on standard transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 8app reserves the right to apply due diligence checks to deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (09:00–01:00 BST) are typically processed within one hour. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational period. 8app does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 8app is not responsible for currency conversion costs, exchange rate differences, or fees applied by third-party payment processors outside of 8app's control.

Players who initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit will have their Account suspended immediately, and the disputed amount — together with any associated winnings — will be forfeited pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

8app may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Any unused bonus funds or associated winnings remaining after the time limit expires will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses may only be used on the game types and markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets will not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
• Each Player is eligible for each welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second Account, or via a new Account opened after a previous Account was closed, constitutes bonus abuse.
• 8app reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited to Players at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.

8app takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating wagers with other Players to guarantee outcomes, or using low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk may result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and Account suspension.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino game outcomes, and crash game results on the 8app Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game or market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 8app:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet. 8app reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bet settlement on sports markets is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled based on the score and result at the time of the event's official conclusion, not any subsequent replay decisions or official review outcomes unless explicitly stated in the market rules.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum play time required for settlement, as defined in the applicable market rules. Void bets are returned to the Player's Balance at the original stake value.
• Casino and live casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by prior results, bet sizes, or account history.
• Obvious errors in odds or game payouts — including palpable pricing errors, technical glitches, or software malfunctions that generate clearly incorrect payouts — do not create a binding obligation on 8app to honour those results. Any bets placed at erroneous prices or during a technical fault may be voided at 8app's sole discretion, and stakes will be returned.

8app does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or feature. Games may be withdrawn, suspended, or modified at any time for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8app Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform systems.
• Colluding with other Players to share information, coordinate betting strategies, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate artificial winnings. Players who identify a technical error must report it to [email protected] immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting differences in odds across platforms, or by placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity on the 8app Platform. 8app is committed to preventing money laundering and will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities where required.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using another person's payment method or Account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or chargeback deposits while retaining winnings generated from those funds.

Suspension and Termination

8app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request from 8app.
• Detection of prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of the Account.
• Extended inactivity — an Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the Account Balance, after 8app provides 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

If your Account is closed by 8app for reasons other than a breach of these Terms or a fraud investigation, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.

You may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled according to their normal outcome, and the resulting balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8app Platform — including but not limited to the 8app brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 8app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 8app.
• Use any automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction tool to harvest content or data from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or republish any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

Any breach of this Section will result in immediate termination of your access licence and may give rise to legal action for damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8app's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8app shall not be liable for any of the following losses, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable at the time of the relevant event:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, Account information, or transaction records due to technical failures outside 8app's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power outages, or other technical failures on the Player's side.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, incorrect game statistics, or third-party data feeds displayed on the Platform, where such inaccuracies resulted from factors outside 8app's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 8app's liability for death or personal injury caused by 8app's proven negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and Data Protection

8app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

8app uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, deliver relevant promotions (where you have opted in), comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform. 8app does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any retention obligations imposed on 8app by applicable law. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

8app is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity. It should not be used as a means to generate income, escape from personal difficulties, or resolve financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Once reached, further betting will be prevented until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each betting session. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place bets, and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the 8app Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in immediate Account suspension. Re-opening an Account after self-exclusion is subject to a minimum 6-month waiting period and a formal review.

Amendments to These Terms

The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players — may be made without notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8app holds its international offshore gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in 8app's licence documentation, which is available upon written request to [email protected].

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 8app arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

1. Informal Resolution: The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. 8app will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to a neutral dispute resolution body, the identity and contact details of which will be provided by 8app upon request.
3. Final Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the escalation process, either party may pursue their rights through legal proceedings in the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified in 8app's licence documentation.

Disputes relating to the settlement of specific bets or game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
